Another top priority is getting to know you, what you are about and what you want from your plan. Our relationship with you is very important to us.  Our passion is to see that your journey with the NDIS is as seamless as possible. 

We do that by linking you with the type of providers that really hit the mark in helping you meet your goals!  If that means mixing it up a bit and being creative with how we get there, then we will do just that!

Specialist Support Coordination

Approved by Frankie have a team of Specialist Support Coordinators equiped with the qualifications and experience to assist with the most complex environments. Our founder is a proud Social Worker. 

Social Workers have the necessary training and expertise in addressing both personal and systemic dimensions of support and intervention. Specialist Support Coordination often requires the know how to deal with multiple agencies and reduce complexity in the participants environment.  

Managing complex challenges in health,  housing or justice services environments takes a certain level of specialist knowledge. We will help to produce the quality of outcomes and manage risk. How? We understand complex environments, we know the NDIS but we also know Insurance.
