Psychosocial Recovery Coach is tailored specifically for individuals with a psychosocial disability. This unique position complements the NDIS Support Coordinator function. At Frankie, we offer comprehensive Psychosocial Recovery Coaching services to enhance your NDIS experience.
Our Recovery Coaches work collaboratively with you, ensuring your support network is fully engaged in helping you achieve your NDIS goals. They assist in identifying and overcoming barriers using a strengths-based approach. Together, we develop effective relapse prevention strategies, ensuring progress and avoiding setbacks in your recovery journey.
Taking a more hands-on approach, our Recovery Coaches prioritise accountability. We help plan and execute your recovery journey with your service providers in a goal-orientated approach.

It is essential to choose a provider who understands the unique requirements of a Psychosocial Recovery Coach. At Frankie, our Recovery Coaches possess pre-existing qualifications in Mental Health and/or Peer Work. We have direct experience in supporting individuals with primary psychosocial disabilities.
