Who is Frankie?

That is you! If it’s approved by Frankie it is approved by you. Frankie is the symbol of a person living with a disability who is firmly in the driving seat and taking advantage of all this revolutionary scheme, the NDIS has to offer. If you are a Frankie you are all over the NDIS, you are ready to do things a little bit differently! A Frankie is anyone who shares a vision of a world where people living with a disability are accommodated on a human rights basis. Join the revolution.

Our Values

Whilst some of our in-house Frankie's require qualifications to do specialist work , instead of decades of disability experience we choose our team members based on attitude, ideas and imagination and lived experience of disability.

Why? Because we will never comprise on our values;

Continuous Innovation

We have invested in our IT capability to ensure our customer experience is at another level and it doesn't stop there, we will keeping on innovating to make sure our service to you is exceptional.

Purpose Driven:

The NDIS is nothing if our commercial interests are put ahead of our participants needs and wants. Our purpose is deeply embedded in your satisfaction.

Commitment to individual and societal transformation

We are filled with joy when we see participants reaching goals but when we see a society that makes a big transformative shift, that makes us legitimately scream from the rafters!

 Time to talk

Yes thats right, if the phone rings we will talk to you. Real humans, concise answers and call backs - no compromise.

The Frankie Difference

The Frankie difference is you! It is about changing the way we do things, view things, talk about things to ensure we achieve exactly what the NDIS scheme has set out to do, allow people with a disability to lead an ordinary life.

Whilst Support Coordination is our specialty we feel that there is a strong need for people with psycho-social disability to engage in our film program. We work with film industry professionals to make your stories hit the big screen.
